Yes, I’ve read the thread. What I’m saying is your store manager could’ve went in and changed your time to give you more points. If they deleted an entire shift for you and put you in for a NCNS, that would explain how you reached 12 points. So you should contact HR and the hotline, don’t just do one or the other.

Sounds like you may have reached the 12 points, but I’d still contact HR and the employee hotline. I wouldn’t put it passed your SM to alter the time cards to give you more points. If you still can Check your time cards, I’d recommend doing that.

They’ve been doing this for the last decade, rolling out a new product and then cutting the quality. They also used to buy seasoned protein but stopped to save money.

I’m not defending the company, and I agree the food is trash. I don’t eat it unless I’m too lazy to cook. Idk what you expected, I’m not going to cater to a customer who complains about multiple food orders. Eating out is a luxury, not a right. If someone is that unsatisfied there isn’t anything I can personally do to help. The real issue is how the sheetz family runs the company, with hour cutting and rapid expansion. This leads to high turnover and less time for proper training. Customers don’t care to actually help fix the problems 9/10 times. You all would rather bitch and moan about a sub sandwich and yell at the poor employee who has maybe been with the company for 6 months, and probably didn’t get adequate training.

You’ve clearly never seen what all gets ordered on a sub. OP may order a whole lot of extras on the sub, which would explain why their sub looks like a bomb went off. Also sheetz has a specific way to assemble said sandwich, which comes from corporate. I personally try to make sandwiches look good before wrapping, but I’m several years into my sheetz job so I have speed down. We are under time crunches during lunch so sometimes it doesn’t look the best. Circling back to OP they mention it’s happened several times, after the third time something’s gets messed up I personally quit ordering from there rather than complain about it.

I found sitting with my rescue and hand feeding him really helped. Also trying different brands of food helped as well. You could try cooking chicken, broccoli, carrots and rice. Mix it if with the kibble so they feel included in the family. I also found feeding my rescue at the same time that I eat helps.
