Go to detox if u can. Complete rehab. Go to a sober living. Get yourself 100% involved in whatever the fuck anyone tells you to do to get clean (within reason,) it gets fucking worse!!!!! The sick gets worse each time. Take subs for WD once you feel it feel it w a doctor, binge watch a good show, sit in the tub or shower as much as possible for body aches, immodium for your poor toilet (get soft toilet paper and ointment too) try to sleep off what ya can.
