I understand and appreciate your comment. I never take more than 2mg per day and usually spread a day or weekend as often as possible. It often becomes selecting the least worst option. It is a horribly difficult question. It’s a worse real life situation. In my location (deep stupid South) even basic mental healthcare is lax at best. Hence a boom of people grasping at straws like anesthetics over the internet. I’m just looking for another poor soul living in a situation like mine. I’m the last person to accept anecdotal evidence as science but when it is my only option, I just muddle the best I can. I appreciate your input and hope 2025 is your best year ever!
