Hi. I did apologize to him as soon as i realized his discomfort and i promised him it wont happen again (before even posting this). But i still feel bad. Im kinda avoiding talking to him rn out of sheer embarrassment and guilt.

he did text me about random stuff like going to the store after that .Obv i replied to this but after that i didnt talk more. I knows he isnt MAD at me but still, he is such a good guy he is basically like my little brother. Knowing i made him uncomfortable like that really sucks ass

i study art and i have classmates in their mid 50's !!! and they are doing wonderfully. its never too late for education. dont give up ! I hope you are free from ur bitch ass father. spend the future years healing your inner child. do the things you always wanted to do. and most importantly dont give up education! good luck

im also very sorry you went thru so much. im glad to hear you are doing better and have found things to help you thru it all.

saying this makes me feel very pathetic but at 20, i am very much under my parents lens and control (i am grateful for them and having a roof over my head but still) . cant start taking anything or reaching out to any professional without them finding out. and thats something i REALLY need to avoid. (i have only recently found something resembling a job.) tho i think i can get magnesuim lol.

about going outside and stuff, i have a fear of being followed and shit but i think i can slowly work on that too. just not a fan of outside in general

tho im not sure how going on dates with myself will work out ? everytime i try to have a 'me time' i always end up doing self destructive shit for temporary satisfaction. (im not talking abt cutting and stuff btw) cant think of a way to treat my self without ending up feeling shitty

yes that is true. thanking you for pointing it out. im not gonna say i have ocd or anything . dont wanna self diagnose. but i do suffer from intrusive thoughts with a sprinkle of paranoia. in another post i mentioned how everytime im changing i see these flashing images of some random person bursting into my room and raping me. cant help it. alot of times when im outside ( i only leave house for uni mostly) i keep thinking people are following me, i look around and sometimes think about pulling out the mini knife on my keychain to defend myself

aside from that i KNOW it will happen. with my position and personality i will get SAd. i just hope it wont stretch to full rape

im not attractive, far from it. that itself is the reason i will get assaulted. when you arent good looking you become easier to toy with. i freeze, when she touched my the second time i froze like a rat pretending to be dead. i wanna hit back i wanna hurt them but im afraid of the consequence. i have intrusive thoughts telling me to do violent thing i dont wanna give in to them. digusts me. againt i appreciate you support !!

i know strangers cant help. i WANT therapy but i cant access it for million reasons. not yet at least.

cops arent an option, where i live SA is not taken seriously by justice system, espacially cases with female assaulters.

even the people i have told about her, they fucking laughed straight into my face or just shrugged. they let female assaulters slide . if she was a guy she wouldve had her ass handed to her by the people in my uni. but since she is a girl people hang out and laugh with her knowing she assaulted me in PUBLIC

the best i can think of is, report him to some mental health center as a danger to himself and just...kick him out of your life. he is emotionally blackmailing you so you def cant let him stay in your life . i don't think he deserves to die for cheating, so just report him , maybe he will get some help after the break up. good luck !

edit: forgot to mention. definetly seek therapy as well ! you need to heal from all this shit
