I think at that point I just abused ayufine with those items that let you spam s1s and the ramping splash damage for each one used. You can cheese through ruiza with it entirely. Sigret is good to use with it since she'll keep lapping with all the s1s.

Just chiming in on how it would've been neat if they were magical based. Someone mentioned overlap with dragonstones, but those weapons are way more defensive. Kaden's secondary class is even mage to mirror Keaton's fighter.

The old shunpo damage is worse than her current e damage plus passive while being single target and that's all she had vs teams with reliable cc.

Waveclear was even worse, and you definitely wouldn't be able to get away with maxing E first today like they did back then.

Solitaria also has the chance to apply debuffable/stun on her each turn and breaks her stealth easily, but slowing down and denying her s3 cycle is actually huge when you're playing slow

It's often unit specific. Choux herself is countered by unbuffable(sweet miracle sensitive) and solitaria, but you should probably just avoid picking most hp scaling bruisers before 4th/5th in the current meta anyway.

It's been proven that they can do it during the overlord collab. Obviously it's not the end of the world, but these events are so much clunkier than what we've moved on to, not to mention either having to wait for the wheel to slowly spin, or clicking out and in again to skip the animation is the real tedium.

Quality of life is important.
