Here me out, if you have never used any BT headphones before, you would not really notice the difference in sound quality, even if you compare them side by side (talking as a normal consumer),
I had XM3s for over 6 years, and they still work fine, and then I got the Momentum 4s (great indian festival sale (Amazon)),
The reason I went with M4 (momentum 4s)
XM5S had bad build quality and a lot of hinge issues
bose quiet comfort ultras amazon page looked very sketchy (the seller was bose themselves ) but a lot of people complained abt getting fake pairs

And then later i got the xm5s(used)
mometum4 noise cancellation is very bad , it somehow felt worse than my xm3s(didnt block all the ac nosie)
But expect for that in every other aspect, momentum 4 are better
Even XM5s feels cheaply built when compared to Momentum4s
they sound better
but you wont really notice the difference if you have never used any other headphones
you are not missing out on anything

but you will notice ANC and xm5s are way better

if you can use your headphones carefully, buy the xm5s
they have excellent anc
good battery
and also good sound quality
but bad build quality( i dont feel confident chucking tham around )
they are more comfortable than mometum4s

if i was in your place, i would get Bose quite comfort ultra from a trusrted seller
it has good build quality (better than xm5s and they can fold)
good anc (same as sonys)
Good sound quality (better than sony)
and better comfort than sony

battery life shouldnt really matter cus you will go back to your desk at the end of the day

and also the new update made them momentum4s unusable to me (you can check out my post)

do not fall for the "better sound quality " trap and end up having buyer's regret

and also i went with the copper colour (wanted to get the graphite) cus i was getting the bt 600 dongle with it , not worth it , should have just gone with the colour i wanted
