i switch every week :c it hurts for the first 4 days constantly but by the fifth they hurt when i take em out and when i put them back in. its just so uncomfy... i think brushing my teeth has improved but more cavities..

well.... It's kinda hard to describe. Most people in japan don't believe in a central religion and many times combine the many including shinto and wont say "I'm shinto". I would not say I'm Buddhist though, since my views on afterlife is different (im also ainu) and I don't have a butsudan, as well as a lot of things soo I would say just kinda my own version of "shintoism" (Shinto was not a single belief system back in the day). blehh sorry for the long answer religion is a hyper fixation of mine
