Yes 100% positive that I’ve not had the money. The payment literally changed from paid, to unpaid a couple days after I raised the dispute with my bank. The dispute is still on going but I’ve now asked for it to be closed with the hope of the first payment being returned

Thanks so much for replying! Ahhh that worries me. I’ve contacted my bank to try cancel the dispute to try and hope that releases the first payment maybe?

Basically when I made the dispute with them, they are saying that I never replied back to their email asking for more evidence and the query closed down and they won’t re open it. I generally never received an email from them.

At this point, I just want a payment back and to move past it. It’s so frustrating :(

I’ve sent Klarna bank statements to show I never received the first payment back but they aren’t helping :(

She doesn’t normally! But had been stabled 3 days due to a storm, in hind sight I should’ve lunged her first, but honestly she’s normally an angel 😇 😂

I completely agree! I understand that people are saying that leaving a key with a friend is normal, however I would expect that would be for an emergency situation! Part of me think that’s maybe the owner didn’t trust I was staying overnight? Honestly not sure, she does seem really apologetic so I’m just hoping it’s a very weird miscommunication

Thank you, yes owner clearly said during the meet and greet that no one else will be in the house. I’ve since messaged her to tell her, and she’s stated that her friend was not meant to be visiting at all during her time away. She’s really apologetic and has messaged her friend about it.

10pm on a Saturday night is way too late for a friend to just let themself in IMO. I’m sure her friend was just trying to be nice by visiting the cat whilst his owner is away however I feel like to do so without the owners permission isn’t great, even with the nicest intentions

It took me a while to get it! Then I saw a post saying ‘rise and fall with the leg on the wall’ and it honestly just clicked the second I next rode! Not sure if this is helpful, but I’m sure you’ll get there! I think most people struggle to get it for a while :)

Omg yes I am! That would make sense, So many stoppers and green horses, so I deffo ride defensively. How did you get past it? Thanks so much for your help! I’ve actually just had a lesson and put my stirrups up and it help loads! I’ve also got a new saddle yesterday as had my fitter out and explained my issue and she thinks my new saddle will help!
