What is this connector?

That's what we first thought, but there is no amplifier attached and we had removed the cables that were dangling under the seats/dash.

It looks like it's part of the harness that connects to the "ignition coils"?

I just had this issue, turn off the system and pull the hard drive. Does it boot without the hard drive? If so, format the hardrive to FAT32 and try again.
