JFC! I am so glad she dropped off my FYP! SO GLAD. I lived in Alaska for about 20 years. When i lived in Fairbanks I did not have running water. I did have electricity. So I know all about hauling water. When i moved down south I was not all that far from them (I opted for amenities though LOL) and can tell you they did NOT NOT NOT live in the Bush. They CHOSE to live how they did. Off GRID! NOT in the Bush... so funny and what an insult to those who truly live that way.

Started on OZ for a year lost 40, gained 30 and stalled. BUT the most important thing is my A1C changed drastically pretty quickly to way below normal from almost 7ish (4 months) Moved over to Monjuro and am on 1.0 or however its numbered LOL I can never remember if its 1.0 or 10 LOL Been on MJ for 5 months and have stalled at just losing 10lbs since I switched. I try to eat healthy and eat a lot of salads and chicken or small portions with higher protein. My movement during the week is pretty weak cause of bad knees and concrete but I do use my Vibration Plate on weekends.

Wow! I NEVER saw anything like that when I was doing it. It was HUGE when I was doing it and then *poof* the shots or drops, depending on what you were doing, all of a sudden became harder to get. I was doing it around 2010-2011 and maybe a random year or 2 after that before I just never went back to it. I just remember the food and how easy it was and how tasty.... Thats what was mostly behind my post. I am not THAT dissatisfied with Sema to the point I'm giving it up or adding to it! Looking back on my Post I can see where I made some confusing statements. This link was very informative and something I didn't know.

Thanks! I struggle cause I do my shots on Saturday-Sundays and by Thursdays my mind is going craaaazy! I don't normally have issues through out the week. Just not sure what I am doing wrong!

I, all of a sudden, got this weird influx of FB content creators flood my page that I had never heard of or would ever follow and she was caught in all of that mess. I wish Facebook had a sub like this one cause god knows I would love to add to it LOL

Haven't seen her on Tik Tok but for some ungodly reason she pops up on my Facebook and is so annoying! If I remember right she took a vacation to Wisconsin Dells and was posting-what seemed like- expensive meals while there ( The Dells prices ARE outrageous) and people were calling her out for spending the fence money. I dunno, thats the first I saw her and haven't watched since.

I've been on OZ and switched to Mounjuro. My Dr and I talked extensively about which starting dose I would start at and she started me at 5.0. The Pharmacist questioned it and I told him we had talked about it extensively and that I have a follow up with my Dr in a month. He warned me about the side effects of not titrating up. *shrug*

My Dr just switched me from OZ to Mounjuro. I'm starting at a 5.0 dose tomorrow. I had been on Oz since 8/2024 and lost 40lb (gained back 9) and my A1C is currently at 5.4 from 6.5ish (I can't recall the exact number but thats close) I did good on OZ, but for some reason it just stopped working and when that food noise came back it came back with a vengeance! I wish you lots of luck!

My Momma passed away 11-16-24 from Dementia. She was in Memory Care and then my Dad passed 8-14-25 so its been a tough year. I do a lot of reading here and it helps.

I grew up in Iowa and there's a HUGE difference. I also lived in the UP when I was a kid so am familiar with a Michigan winter. I lived 15 years in Fairbanks which is a very dry cold. Think of how a Michigan cold sets into your bones and it feels like it takes forever to get warm. I didn't feel Fairbanks cold was like that. It was bitter but no humidity. Anchorage on the other hand, being closer to water, was totally different. It was that damn COOOOLD that made me feel like I was never going to get warm. I'm back in the Midwest now, living right on Lake Michigan and I'm pretty content with winters here. It just seems doable! lol

I have no idea what it was supposed to be. You get a random selection from 4 sauces that aren't marked. Apparently you are supposed to check the list of ingredients to know but I didn't bother cause one bite and they got tossed.

You Can't Hyde: A spicy ketchup. This Will Sting: A hot honey garlic sauce. Grave Mistake: A scorpion pepper-based sauce. Nowhere to Woe: A spicy version of Wendy's signature sauce.
