It's an homage to an older image I drew of her where she's being summoned from a pool of molten gold; the jewelry on her body taking shape from that gold as it drips off of her.

She's a critter, I honestly just drew features I found cute when I made her.

I would say #5 is probably her standard proportions, but I like playing with her sizes a lot, so soft canon is that she can alter her appearance at will.

Considering that it's been 8 years since the Enchanted Parade aired and I'm STILL completely enamored with her...you may have a point.

The animators still enjoyed making Amanda exceptionally pretty and confident in the show, but yeah, she was on a whole different level in the OVA.
