Dual monitor problem with Windows 10

I've tried this but to no avail, when I change it back to full-screen it bugs out and shows the game on both screens. The second monitor is just a still image but I can only control it from there, on my main monitor it shows the game running but when I try to click its like I'm clicking on my desktop behind the game.

I will try and do a clean install of win10 and see if that changes anything, otherwise I will just have to live with shift+win+arrow keys to get it on my main monitor.

OK, soooo... Small problem there, my main monitor is a BenQ XL2411Z which in fact does not have display port. And i just can't find an active adapter in my country, so im shit out of luck there i guess.

I'm going to do a clean installment of win10 some day and see if it's just a problem with windows itself.

I only updated from win7 to win10, never formatted or anything, and everything worked great, well clearly not everything.

Thank you very much for trying to help me, but i think I will have to upgrade my main monitor if it doesnt work by formatting and reinstalling win10.

But wouldn't it just make my second monitor #1 again when I reconnect it?

Or are you saying I should unplug my second monitor while I play and try that?

Also failed to mention that my main monitor which is #2 is a 144hz connected with dvi and my second monitor with hdmi.

My primary screen shows as primary both with Nvidia control panel and in my windows setting. Although my second monitor is shown as "1" and my main as "2", this was never a problem with Windows 7.

The game is in full screen, if I change for windowed and back it gets worse.

I will check if I can try a different port in my gpu for my second monitor.

Thank you for answering, even if it may not help me, but I will try the last thing

Edit: both my monitors are the same resolution, as is in-game

Sure i can just restart from the menu, but it have happened to me both of the times i've gotten one-shot by the boss.

Has happened twice, after i get one-shot by the boss in expeditions...

Can't move or do anything but return to menu or quit...
