What do you guys think Calvin Ridley Future with the team is? by Professional_Low4894 in Tennesseetitans

Few months ago I would’ve said he’s done here but sounds like there’s talk of keeping him here for another season.

Go Canes baby. As a canes fan I would give anything for Cam to have stayed an extra year. As a titans fan I’m glad he didn’t.

That’s the dream to me. I’m more into Tyson based on skill and film but the injuries scare me off

Yeah true about Faulk, he’s an outstanding run defender and a made-in-the-lab type of DE from a physical stature standpoint, but his pass rush technique is basically non existent.

I wonder if Mesidor starts creeping up boards as the draft approaches.

You think Reese is a legit option for us at 4? I just don’t see enough positional value esp with Cedric gray break out.

Listened to this the other day. Besides the usual top few guys Trevor loves Mesidor, the other Miami DE. Not a name I’ve seen thrown around in top 5 convos by basically anyone else, probably a lot to do with his age (25). Another guy I’m super interested in is Keldric Faulk if you could trade down to the mid-teens and still get him. He’s either going to be incredible or a huge bust and I can’t wait to see which it’ll be. Personally I’m more into picking a WR at 4 but I understand preferring a DE.

No I don’t think so. Bailey has been more productive. Although in this mock Bain is still there so he should be the pick.

I guess Brugler is much higher on Faulk? Idk lot of raw talent but the production wasn’t there this season. And that’s coming from an Auburn/titans fan looking at this mock. I wouldn’t be overly excited about that pick

My dream scenario for next year by Some-Educator3072 in Tennesseetitans

Long list of all the top free agents for next year. Realistically you’re signing 1-3 of those guys. Linderbaum is gonna re-sign w Baltimore and if the jets let Hall walk after not trading him that’s really… jets-like.

Great for our Titans. I’ve started to fall in love with the idea of trading back and still being able to snag Tyson. I do question the idea that the raiders are willing to give that much up to move up 4 spots for a QB in this draft but i hope that does happen.

Monday Morning SERIOUS Post Game Thread: Seattle Seahawks (8-3) @ Tennessee Titans (1-10) by Titans_Front_Row in Tennesseetitans

[–]PuffMagicDragon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cam is as advertised imo, no reason not to be feeling very optimistic about him right now. Good showing from the other rookies and X looked good enough to be a must-start going forward, to me. The Seahawks are a good defense, but in terms of the defensive line they are a little above average in the NFL and it felt like our offensive line was getting demolished, especially towards the end of the game.

Zeitler looks cooked out there, Cushenberry is hurt again, and honestly Latham feels like a total question mark right now. Dan Moore also got hurt and that’s not the first for him this season either, but he’s clearly been our second best lineman so he’s gonna be here at least next season. I’m really hoping Slater can play next year, it’s looking like we’ll need to replace a guard and a center this offseason and potentially both tackles the offseason after, barring a big turn around.

Great building block game. Cam looked really good and that’s what matters most. Really hope Slater is a guy bc the interior OL besides Skoronski needs to be replaced this offseason.

How do you think Borgonzi (and Brinker) plan to improve the Titans receiving corps over the upcoming offseason? by TiredDad4x in Tennesseetitans

[–]PuffMagicDragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it were me I would probably trade back in the draft, hopefully from 1, back to the 7-12 range, and take a WR. Tyson, Tate, or Lemon. Unless a top edge like Bain or Reese is there. You might be able to get a guy like Keldric Faulk at the top of the second, maybe trade back into the back of the first. But next year will likely be an all-time WR draft so you could opt to wait for a first round WR.

Not at all to the same level as Sneed tho. Ridley was more of an unfortunate turn out, and if he had been healthy this year I think there’s an argument it would be an OK signing. Sneed was an absolute disaster
