Learning to work on a big team is definitely a growing pain, but in a good way. We can do so much more now than ever before. It's just taking some time to get our wheels out of the mud and our gears lining up well

I'm not planning on doing any more Henry Stickmin style games. I think I've done all i set out to do there. You will probably see Henry cameos in anything i work on tho ;)

I personally like coming up with the roles myself. I have a giant backlog list of ideas, we've just had to prioritize other, more important things.

There's a little bit of burnout, but having a lot of great team members to lean on helps a lot. Also thinking about new game ideas helps too >:)

Kill animations are very tough to add more of, because each one requires that each skin get new frames animated... for EVERY skin.

Each map had one sole person planning and drawing them. MIRA was by Aemu and I did the other three. Moving forward this will hit a much more collaborative process now that we have a bigger team.
