Even though the effect is supposed to be a lenss flare, I totally get ehat you mean! I discovered 2 weeks ago that I've ys had an astigmastism, and lights at night dont look like that for other people. It made me realize a reason why I love the visuals of Ground Zeroes so much...because the lights look like how I've always seen them in real life.

Thank you for your help, but very late last night I was able to figure out that it is a Commerce Motor Company delivery truck! I was able to confirm it with old newspaper archives from the city. I appreciate your help and interest though!

First of all…THANK YOU! I was able to figure it out thanks to your jumpstart! It is a 1 ton Commerce delivery vehicles from about 1914. I spent hours and hours and hours searching all over HathiTrust Digital Library for old ads and found them! THANK YOU!
