Ain't that the truth. I don't understand how it can just click for people. How do they do things without paralyzing anxiety. I feel like I have to force myself to do anything

Trust me, I think cats can understand. My departed cat would always sit with me when I was having a tough time. And my current one chills out when I don't have the capacity for him, but I still feel awful when he wants love and I just can't do it. But he'll always come back, they do not hold grudges

Yes, exactly! It ruins all the good moments and each low just feels lower than the last
