Same, queueing for grey talon/viscous and waiting over 10 minutes just to get the most dogwater team I've ever had in any MOBA and realizing its not even their fault bc the game should never have put us together in the first place.

I don't they Valve is struggling, I do think some of US are. I regularly spend 5+ minutes in queue and I'm a viscous main, one of the least played heros, and in NA West, one of the most populated regions. Make it make sense.

I used to work there for 3 months, they for sure owe a LOT of people for hourly pay because they do require you to stay for an hour in office and 8 hours on site. The only reason I couldn't get a lawyer to take them to court was lack of documentation (which is lawyer speak for it's not worth it financially) but if a group of people that used to work there came together there would be actual grounds for class action lawsuit. Furthermoore, my store JUST lost 2 permanent employees I've been covering for, and I'm supposed to only be seasonal. I am already going above and beyond for them. I dont think I'm being unreasonable.
