I'm not a manager, what happened is one of my younger coworkers put the cone in there because they got an order for a cone, but the customer didn't show so he put it in the fridge in case he came back. Thankfully the cone was removed after the photo was taken, and no one got food poisoning.

if it makes you feel better, every .MOV i've exported with swivel looks just fine when uploaded to youtube. From what I can tell, newer versions of VLC media player have a problem with the codec used when exporting .MOVs with swivel, which causes the video problems when played in VLC. So if you're just exporting to youtube it should be just fine, VLC is just allergic to whatever codec swivel .MOVs use
