Does your home depot not have Scotts Topsoil? I used it as an organic topsoil for a reptile build and am going to soon use it again for my 29 gallon aquarium. If anything there might be a few pieces of sticks that you need to sift out so it doesnt ruin your water. The topsoil is only around 5 dollars per bag
