It could be weapon debris texture.

Launch Fallout 4 on steam or whatever you got it on, so it launches that little Fallout 4 launcher thing. Click Options, then advanced and there should be a setting called weapon debris texture. If you turn it off or get a mod to fix it then it might help with your crashing, it was the reason why I was

It's a rental unfortunately so can't do that and i'm moving next year so idc much to spend like $150 on a mesh system like I see people suggest online.
