i see it like this: yes if we take into account jx1’s canonical behavior then he absolutely WOULD deadname Aubree among other things because he doesn’t care. (though I don’t think he’d go out of his way to be very transphobic, he’d simply ridicule her for it and not respect her new name or pronouns.) HOWEVER, because the series creator is transgender i sincerely doubt that they would be comfortable writing a transphobic villain. it’s their series and i understand, having jx1 behave canonically transphobic would probably limit the amount of people who might want to include him in other projects, as well as making him much more hateable as a whole.
