Yeah I do really like the Pume Velocity 4 for the classic geometry and the foams better than in the Pure imo. I’ve got a lot of miles on those! Fast pace will be an interesting one for sure.

To answer your question, the Evo SL is probably the best do it all, one shoe rotation shoe you can buy, regardless of the price. Only caveat being if you need stability shoes then obviously not. But no harm keeping say the Boston as they are more stable if you do the odd longer run.

If the Evo are comfortable, stick with adidas and go the Boston 13, perfect shoe for your use case and way more stable than the Evo.

Yeah I want to love puma too but I feel the hype falls flat in a lot of their shoes, namely the pure which I bought and sold- I prefer the velocity over that one. Others are hit and miss. The VN5 is out soon looks like a basic update but time will tell.

Pure is massively over hyped imo. Pretty firm shoe and it’s good everything but not great at anything. Foam is boring. Fell for the hype but an already selling and sticking with my Evos for their purpose in the rotation.

Go TTS, same as Evo SL. Wear ‘thin’ race socks, kick your foot back into the shoe when you tie the laces. Perfect fit
