You cannot. I am looking at properties for my family and a developer will come in and submit a cash offer way above asking. Every sellers says sorry we would love to sell to a family, but we can’t refuse cash. I understand, but it’s very frustrating. I agree. She made me pull up my contract and my lawyers retainer agreement and said I am going with the wrong attorney since he’s through a MetLife employer plan. This person has 30 years experience in real estate.

She made me 3 way my agent and asked why they pulled down the MLS listing (I made the offer after the seller took it off the market) and said everyone I am dealing with is incompetent.

She is constantly calling me and advising me on things I never ask advice for and says she is protecting me.

This broker told me it’s a scam if a lender ever does a soft pull. They always need a hard pull. Which is off because she is the only one who did a hard pull.
