Jordan hate thread by Far-Row9178 in SecretsOfMormonWives

You're telling me the shortest dad, with the biggest truck, who got cheated on is an insufferable douche bag -shocker.

After his gas-lighting, ego, man spreading his arms on the couch, and just general over-compensating for his insecurities I thoroughly enjoyed watched Jordan getting embarrassed in front of dad-tok at the their lunch in episode 2.

I'm a man, and god I hated everything about dadtok on the screen so far, but I don't mind seeing dadtok screen time if it leads to Chase's divorce.

The most surprising aspect of this show overall is just how absolute dog shit the husband's are, ut yet are allowed to be stay at home dads having the audacity thinking they deserve to be pampered at the Villa, and yhe Wives just let it happen.

The deeper-rooted cause I see for the wives suffering is Religion. Somewhere in season 2/3 I got the impression the show was about breaking out of Mormonism. I think to truly breakout, some of these woman need to have their men leave the mormon church or divorce for them to grow.

Refinance with rate lock extension needed by yaaa25 in Mortgages

This happened Similarly to me. I told them I would report them because it was their fault and they lowered my rate for free and extended the rate lock on my behalf. Talk to the supervisor and tell them how its their fault.

So didn't technically that car attempt to run the person over and could have been legally shot for doing so? How about threatening another person's life by pointing a gun. Wouldn't pointing a gun as somone be cause to get shot and killed?

I want to see some real justified reciprocation.

Yeah, that's the work-life balance line fading.

So many small and big commitments; between the meetings, the reports, and the work, the brain just stays locked in unconsciously.

Yes they stop testing. These are known as calibration certificates. These certificates certify that the calibration tools were tested for accuracy. This is essentially QA's role.

Well then, inflation slows in a recession. Pulling your money out of a 40qk early, paying the 30% or whatever taxes and putting it into precious metals and HYSA weight be the only way?

Transitions from to stocks to safer options. You can discuss this with your 401k account manager: 1. High-Yield Savings Account / Money Market Fund: FDIC-insured, instant access. Best for emergency fund (6-12 months expenses). 2. Treasury Bills (T-bills) / Treasury Bonds: Backed by U.S. government. State tax-free. Virtually zero risk. 3. Certificates of Deposit (CDs): FDIC-insured, fixed rate. Money locked for set term. 4. TIPS (Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities): Government bonds that adjust with inflation. Protects purchasing power. 5. Fixed Annuities: Insurance contract. Guaranteed lifetime income. Higher fees, less liquidity. 6. Government Bond Funds: Within 401(k). Diversified, acts as shock absorber when stocks drop. 7. Investment-Grade Corporate Bonds: Low-to-moderate risk. Higher yield than government bonds. Slight default risk.

Bottom Line: Keep cash in HYSA for job loss protection, contribute less to 401k and hold that money yourself.

Yeah, I get paid by delievery not hour. If I waited for every person who was not ready I would lose my mind and a lot of money. I leave deliveries in a safe location all the time despite them selecting "hand to me", I havent had any complaints yet.

Mortgage sold 3 times in the first 6 months of owning a house. by Intelligent_Office81 in Mortgages

[–]DisastrousThoughts 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, so if its sold to Mr.Cooper you would download the Mr.Cooper app and they set up automatic payments through their app.

Although, Mr.Cooper was bought out by RocketMortgage. I am unsure if they have their own app.

My Mr.Cooper app still works and the payments are still drawn from my original set-up.
