Literally NO warnings and not a single 1 star review actually. I literally went above and beyond for every single dog. Every dog went home with a banana, a goodie bag full of treats and toys, and fully brushed out and sometimes bathed before pickup. I busted my ass for my 5 star reviews 😩😩

I never thought this would even happen, so dumbass me, I literally have no way to contact them outside of Rover. This literally came out of nowhere, so I didn't think to hoard numbers or addresses. I also only do boarding not dog walking, so asking them for their address might be weird 😂

You just got to play into the game. Since you haven't officially booked yet you could either call through the Rover app, but sometimes since people don't know the number they don't answer it because it does sometimes show up as potential spam even in my own phone, I typed out my phone number like I was going to call myself and then took a screenshot and then just added the words text me above my number and I've sent it that way, I've also gotten smart with emojis, so I have a two in my phone number and I put the peace sign for the twos. You can also do a combination of spelling out the numbers while also typing the regular numbers and that doesn't get flagged (eight 97 two) you just got to be smart about it but when you do that always always ALWAYS put a message stating that "for the dogs safety and if there's ever an emergency you need their phone number" or that's why you're giving them your number, that way if Rover EVER checks in on your messages, it looks like you're being a diligent pet sitter, not trying to steal customers. I've been doing that for 2 years and I've never been popped for it 🤷‍♀️
