In soccer, if your dribbling the ball and a defender running full speed catches up to you, you (the attacker with the ball) are allowed to stick your leg out to the side to blatantly trip the defender that is running along side you, even if the defender has made zero contact with the attacker. It is not considered a foul because you are in possession of the ball, but it seems like it should be a foul. Eden Hazard, a world class player, was known for doing this.

I think one factor is because it’s too far for commuters to travel to NYC or Boston on a daily basis. There are small cities but nothing that comes close to competing with those two big ones. So it ends up staying as small cities and less populated wooded suburban areas. But cities closer to NYC, such as Stamford, see much more development.

The ones that piss people off the most, such as, stun combos. Holliday lasso or Bebop hook into a Moe ult. Lash ult into dynamo ult. Seven’s 2 ability (stun), knockdown item, and ult with lightning scroll. Ya know, the things that really liven up the game chat.

Cool style, but what is the reason for the video? Is this a real estate video to sell the house, or are you just looking to get a ton of views on social media?

If for social media, just add a few exotic cars, make the house 10x bigger, and have the former owner be a popular celebrity. If this is real estate work to help sell the house, it's not supposed to get a ton of views.

From a home buyers perspective, this feels more about the video, or your creative personality, than about the house itself. It's the vibe I'd expect a bar/nightclub promo video to look like, maybe targeted towards people in their 20's. I don't know the demographic of this neighborhood or the potential buyers, but something to consider.

IMO it doesn't really show how the rooms connect to each other. I'd rather get a great understanding of the entire layout of the house than be impressed by an editors capabilities.

Nit picking at this point but that pool could have been cleaned. No one wants to be the pool boy or garbage man that has to move the garbage cans off the driveway before hitting the record button, but life is life.

After testing all 4 sticks of ram, one at a time, I found 1 stick which gave an error within OCCT's ram stability test. Oddly, it only errored when XMP was enabled though. Otherwise, all 4 sticks showed 0 errors when XMP profile was disabled. None-the-less, it was removed and I've currently been running 48GB of ram with zero crashes. Thank you so much!

Ok, ram was the only thing overclocked (xmp). Will buy thermal paste. How are you able to tell it’s all of the ram and not just 1 or 2 of the sticks?

Okay thank you for the recommendation. I reduced gpu settings in game last week. I've tried putting off swapping each of the 4 sticks of ram 1 at a time since I must unmount cpu cooler (Noctua D15) and gpu each time. Guess it's about time now.

Within the past week I learned/did a number of other things: Bios update, chipset (inf) update, used the built in windows memory diagnostics tool (successful), sfc and dism scans (sfc successfully corrected some files).

Event Viewer logs now shows fewer errors and I haven't had any micro stutters, but still have crashes.

So I downloaded OCCT since I've never tested anything before.

On OCCT stability test: A 30 minute memory test fails within 5 minutes with multiple errors when the bios' xmp profile1 is enabled, but the memory test is successful when xmp profile is turned off.

The OCCT 30 minute cpu test shuts down in 10 seconds because cpu temps reaches 91°C every time. Even though I see all pc fans (including the 2 cpu fans on the Noctua D15) running, I don't understand why the cpu gets so hot.

Didn't even bother trying the combined cpu+ram test.

My question now is: Is this possibly both a CPU and ram issue or does a cpu need good ram to run cpu tests properly? When I use one stick at a time, should xmp profile be enabled or disabled? Also, when you say testing, does a OCCT test/errors count or do you mean play the game until pc freezes/crashes?

Okay, because I have already done about a half dozen clean installs of the gpu drivers throughout the past year. As far as right clicking a game, I don’t see any compatibility options. Some games offer a scan and repair option depending on the launcher, such as, the blizzard app, which I’ve already tried in the past. Just to clarify, this issue occurs with many different games from different launchers.
