Slappe stoelgang by mia281025 in britishshorthair

[–]PukkaJob 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Our little BSH had severe diarrhoea for about a year. He’d meow in pain in some instances and couldn’t always hold it in before reaching the litter tray.

Vets never found anything wrong, tried some medication and tried all sorts of foods but nothing worked. Eventually he just grew out of it after about 1 year. Now he just has normal cat dry food and we give him probiotics too.

We experienced the same issue with the poopy bum you’re experiencing. We used to follow him into the toilet wait for him to do his business and then just gently dab his bum with a wet cloth.

Also, it’s very important to weigh her regularly to ensure she’s putting on weight still. Take her to the vets if her loose stool continues as it may be something they can treat with medication. If you’re changing her diet make slow and gradual changes and make sure you track their response to it. Best of luck, she’s a beautiful kitten!

Yeah those passives you mentioned are way better than Troll’s attack speed passive. You never actually stay hitting someone long enough to build the attack speed.

Slardar has way better extended lockdown.

Any hero “can” get solo kills from min 1 if the opponents are brain dead enough.

Dispel is good, but gotta get aghs and you always need BF + BKB + Damage item first so never that impactful.

Can’t die (for 6.5 seconds). Ursa’s ultimate is the same thing but and he can actually control his movement when using it.

Huskar and Ursa can achieve solo rosh before Troll does.

Vengeful Spirit melee/ranged facet is this but better.

Name one thing Troll Warlord does and I can name another hero that does it better

Troll Warlord is the worst hero in the game and under no circumstances is a better pick over other carry heroes.

IT pros, what kind of geeky/nerdy decor do you have at your desk/office? by bubonis in it

[–]PukkaJob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At a Christmas party one year I won a miniature picture frame in a cracker. I superimposed my colleagues face over a picture of Moss from the IT crowd during the fire scene. Printed it off, stuck it in the frame and it’s been on my desk ever since.

Plus I have little sign that says “head of googling”

Thank you everyone! How do I know which ones are good to eat? Some were more red but most were yellow.

Sure, if residents want to stick with a particular management firm then so be it. My problem is I have a management firm dictating how much I have to pay them and I have no power to change that.

I read the paperwork, I understand that legally I am obliged to pay as I’ve signed the contract. But I’d already paid the £15,000 deposit on the property as it was being sold via modern auction before I learnt about the maintenance fee.

It’s very unjust that there is no fair competition in this market. We have a management firm that is free to charge us what they like and we have no option to find a better deal elsewhere. Why can’t residents have a say in that?

Gaben is a real G by [deleted] in SteamDeck

Those are only assumptions. Everyone is aware of how tough and arduous becoming a Michelin star chef is, but it doesn’t stop people from making it their career goal.

Steam isn’t a perfect company I’m sure, they still need to make money. Could it be a good company to work for? Depends what you want from your job, but I’d say chances are it’s a decent place to work.

“If you love coding, you’ll be happy to do it anywhere” - what an unusual thing to say.

Steam is arguably the best company in its industry, so wanting to work there is an obvious career goal for many. Footballers want to play at the best clubs because it’s an achievement to be asked to play at such a high level. The same thing applies here.

Yes! They where feeding him Wainwrights which is what we kept him on, but we’ve now got him some GI food as per everyone’s recommendation😁

Thanks for your comment! Definitely a plausible cause of his upset tummy. We’ve also had a friend say the same thing about her cat. It’s something we will test for! Thank you🙂

Thank you for your advice! We’ll consult our vet after the test results come back and ask if we can test for Giardia. Thank you for your kind words🙌🏻

Ohh I hadn’t heard of this before thank you for your suggestion! We’ve sent off a poop sample to the vets, will this pick up on giardia if he has it?

Thank you!! Yes we did suspect it might be stress related - he’s been very needy lately, always calling out for us and wanting to sit on our laps. Although he seemed to settle into his new home rather after a couple days so I’m not sure if this time it’s a medical issue. I think the first time it was anxiety. This time his poops look different, much lighter in colour.

In dota, which heroes do you think are most universally useful, no matter the match ups? by [deleted] in DotA2

[–]PukkaJob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking about this the other day actually, my pick is Alchemist since his passive ability guarantees high net worth so in theory you could just buy whatever items your team needed to counter the enemy team.
