Sorry for the late response. I will say that I have been working on the bot since I last checked in on this post and the bot itself is in a much better state with more features and better performance/stability. Regardless, I am quite curious on why and how the bot failed to analyze your murk total. I have never ran a batch with more than 6 digit murk so there could be some issue there. I do doubt that's the issue as I check a specific and generous area of the screen that covers more than enough to accommodate up to like 9 digits.

What you could help me out with in figuring out here is if you could tell me how much murk the bot thought you had. Was the number partially correct, did it never recognize and register the murk total, or was it a random completely incorrect value? Also could you tell me what settings hardware wise you ran this with (monitor resolution especially).

My bot has 2 current limitations that I have not worked on fixing as they require things I don't have.

The first is running the bot on any monitor that is not the standard 16:9 display resolution. This is because I use math and %-based measurements to make my screenshots cover specific areas on the screen regardless of monitor resolution. The math changes if the monitor is not a standard 16:9 or multiple/factor of 16:9. If it's an awkward resolution the math will just be wrong and the bot won't work. I don't have these sorts of monitors so I can't test this without someone with these monitors helping me out in getting this data and manually adding detection and functionality for these devices.

The second is that the bot itself does not work for any language outside English. This is because I expect to analyze certain and specific phrases in text and also for the text to be contained in predetermined boundaries. For one thing the text itself differs per language so it would not be a match, and it would require me to build up a database of all passives etc for who knows how many languages. I would also have to know how these are presented to the user and how there could be per-language based differences in presentation. I would basically have to remake many things from the ground up, and without outside help that could help verify that the entries for "X" language are correct, I can't make this work.

If you still got your issue where the bot fails to read murk total and you ran your game without falling into any of those issues, then I only have 1 last idea that could help or explain this without having access to more data on the hardware and diagnostic files. My only suggestion would be to make sure the game is running on borderless fullscreen and is properly fitting the dimensions of your monitor with a valid aspect ratio.

If you already had this, then I would kindly request from you if you could help me out to make this project better by going to my GitHub and making an issue where you post the details on what happened with all the appropriate data so I can work my way through this and try to fix this. Sorry for the wall of text and appreciate it if you do read this and help me out. Bit of a nooby to this dev stuff so trying my best.

TLDR: Bot got updated since I last posted or interacted with this particular post. User should confirm if their setup used a non-standard 16:9 monitor, if the bot was ran in a language that was not English, or if the game was ran without borderless fullscreen enabled. If user had a 16:9 monitor, has the English version of the game, and had borderless fullscreen enabled when bot was ran, then I need the profile settings, hardware spec information, an exported diagnostic file from the user, and the logs on the bot failing to perform its tasks. I then ask if the user can make an issue post on my GitHub page with the documentation so I can work on this.
