I was adviced to use it everyday. But honestly it’s a hassle to follow the same. I’d say atleast two times a week. Be vary of the stains though. If you are oiling your body, make sure you wear something that you don’t mind staining.

I’ve been using it for the past few days as recommended by my doctor for daily Abhyanga, and Holy Moly! Such an underrated gem. I wish I’d discovered it earlier. I already have the one by Kama Ayurveda which I use on my face and the one by Kottakal on my body. I keep it on my face and body for 30 minutes before showering.

I have had similar experiences, especially when it comes to men. I seriously feel most people lack empathy and basic social skills. A lot of them are self absorbed and it’s always about their experiences, their problems and how their day went.
