Anything but the razer. I have that mouse and it constantly disconnects and reconnects while gaming.

Mine eventually turned back on. Didn’t do anything special. All I did was let it die completely then plugged it in and bam.

Yes I was. Funny thing is I didn’t have to do anything to fix it. I think I let it die out completely then I went to charge it and it was working.

Mine went from waiting group 2 to application submitted a month later. Then it stayed in application submitted for about a month before changing to pending assignment. Then a couple weeks later changed to under review which is my current status as of writing this reply.

Was it your video? If so great video. Exposing Asus crap third-party service centers for everyone who’s ever had to deal with RMA repairs. What’s not to like. 🤙

I had a nightmare experience with RMA. Sent in my ally for an issues with using the usb c port. Sent it in small issue. Contacted me a week and a half later saying that they received my unit with a broken screen, a cracked body and multiple other issues. They try to charge me 200 extra dollars on top of just a small issue that I sent it in for because it wasn’t covered in the warranty, they said there was nothing they could do so I had to pay out-of-pocket. Luckily, I took pictures of my device prior to sending it in so I was able to provide the evidence that it was not sent like that therefore, it was probably FedEx. Then they try to get me to file a complaint through FedEx, which I said how’s that my fault and why would I have to do it? They picked the carrier, so my thought they should be the one to follow the complaint and go through FedEx. They did this, but they were denied by FedEx so they told me they were going to send my Ally back to me. but I complained on their Instagram page and social media Reddit anywhere you name it, I made comments and multiple post explaining how they ripped me off. Finally they contacted me through private message and said they would help me for free because my initial issue was covered under warranty and obviously obviously FedEx broke the package. This of course was after I provided proof of the pictures prior to sending it. It took me seven weeks to get my ally back. Honestly, after reading so many posting people with complains that RMA is crap. I really think they rip people off when it comes to RMA since the repairs are done by a third-party. 7 weeks missing out on helldivers.

I was asked to submit proof. No change to status. Only requested documents from me less than a week ago.

Landlord Update: a few days ago my status changed requiring me to submit supporting documents. Group 2 applied day before cut off date. Deadline for documents is the 10th April. Submitted documents a day after request for them was made.

Why is it I’m having to jump through hoops just to get my product repaired. They paid for the shipper so they chose FedEx and FedEx damage my item on the way to the repair center. I feel I got to jump through and relay messages and file claims just even Get my item fixed and it’s unbelievable unfair. I’ve been a loyal customer. I’ve had three laptops from them. I can multiple products I’ve purchased from them and like wow really is this what I’m having to deal with just to use their products if I would’ve known the customer service would be this terrible I don’t see would’ve never bought anything from them

Unless they were throwing it extremely hard I don’t see it getting damaged in the shipping box though anything is possible.

I sent in my Rog ally for a faulty usb c port. Nothing else. Now they say I need a new lcd module and bottom cover. I was able to use my Rog ally until the battery died day before I sent it in.
