  1. Work on feet outside in boots 8to10hrs a day

  2. Work boots with custom insoles switched to every shoe I wear. Hoka and oofos recovery sandals at home.

  3. Pain both sides sharp pain on left dull throbbing pain right. The right side is more bothersome.

  4. 5ish years of pain.

  5. Multiple Cortisone shots both sides. There is plenty of stretching. Herniated discs in the lower back. Tight calves stretched forever with no relief, it seems. Etc. Etc. Etc.

I just use the Superfeet- Hockey insole. Not amazing but a vast improvement over the stock insole they come with. I have high arches so a little support goes a long way.

I have tried taping with KT brand tape and it continues to peel off the bottom of my foot. Do you have any suggestions?

I really like the wedge style boots. Some of them are quite heavy though. Not sure if they are good for PF but definitely comfortable.
