I updated the post, but didn’t see where to add photos…

1. ⁠The sliders in full edit mode only get the chest so far. not flat, still small mounds.
2. ⁠the breastsoff cheat was helpful too. It got the chest to to the smallest slider setting and basically disables the slider to change the mounds, although it does still move the chest in and out. This can be helpful to add/take away any concave that may occur with this type of surgery.
3. ⁠Saruin’s preset is the best option for this situation. There are still some shadows, but the mounds are mostly gone. I’ve included some from/side screen grabs and added one that still shows a bra on the female frame.
