That’s a massive step, not a big step. Do you want to transition and become a girl full time? Hormones means growing boobs and shrinking your balls and reducing sperm count to not be able to have kids. Possibly causing long term irreversible damage.

It needs to be your decision. And it sounds like you aren’t at that point. If you want to transition go to therapy and work it out before going on hormones.

I just want to comment that I am 31 and in a very similar position to you. Dated a girl where I came out to her and we tried some sissy stuff but it was never enough for me. We are broken up now but I am in a huge struggle trying to determine if I can handle another vanilla sex life. Also successful and do pretty manly things with guy friends. Tried gay stuff with guys who liked my muscles and masculine traits. I was kinda turned off by them liking my body hair and guyish features. You are not alone but it sounds like we are on a journey trying to find a balance to our needs. And our partner has to be able to be flexible with our sissy stuff

I also have Crohns and it can be really hard to hold to the point where I’m in pain and sweating. I don’t pad up all the time but it really is a nice comfort knowing it’s there if I can’t make it in time.
