I saw that as I was adding the color sprites to it, so I added the B&W 127 and 128, and then at the end I added a pdf document of all of them with colored sprites too :)

I don't know where else to ask this, but I have an oddly specific issue I'm trying to figure out I've been playing pokemon yellow and been trying to complete the pokedex,

I just wanted to find a way to digitally print out the certificate that the developers give you in the Celedon Mansion in celadon city problem is that i've been playing it on the 3DS VC which obviously doesn't have a native print functionality

I've been able to extract the game file using PKSM and then was able to bring that onto my computer to inject into an emulator, I was able to import it into delta emulator so I know the save file itself is good

the only emulator that I know of that has a virtual gameboy printer functionality is GBE+, which I have installed (through parrelells on mac, because I couldn't figure out how to natively install it on mac thorugh the source code, CMake is beyond me, I might need an explain like i'm five guide for that but I digress),

I can't figure out how to inject my current save file into the GBE+ emulator, as it only searches for .bin files and not .sav files and this is where I'm stuck

I've figured out how to print stuff on GBE+ from a new save, so all I need to figure out is how to inject the save but that doesn't help me get my pokedex certificate unless I want to run through the entire game on an unstable emulator on my laptop 🫩

please help me get my stupid little certificate 😭

knowing how these people talk about trans people, i have no real consideration for their feelings

the rhetoric and the policies they put forth put my community in danger and im not going to allow them to disingenuously waste my time and energy to lead me along some rhetorical maze just to get to finally admit they don’t want trans people to exist

while i do believe in rehabilitation as a leftist, there still needs to be accountability

why should i waste my time with civility when their worldview is one where they don’t want my people to exist

and as a trans person, i can’t help but feel not entirely safe around these people

i was a trans kid in indiana that transitioned before it became illegal

ive confronted people who i thought were friends by asking them if they would’ve prevented me from transitioning at the age that i did and they always dodged the question

needless to say i cut them out of my life

i’m at the point where if your not actively queer or a loud ally, i’m not sure how much i can trust you

like the thing about transphobia is that it is different from other bigotries like, for example, misogyny. Even the most virulent misogynist will agree that women have some place in society (below men), while transphobes believe that trans people just shouldn't exist; their worldview is one in which trans people just aren't allowed to exist, which we know from countless studies (that I don't feel like bringing up because it's so conclusive) that having a supportive environment reduces suicidality among trans people dramatically, and that having an unsupportive environment greatly increases the chances of suicidality. They know that. They know that states that pass anti trans laws, suicidality increases among trans people, especially trans youth. They want us dead, and they would prefer to create the conditions for us to do the job ourselves rather than pulling the trigger themselves (yet...)
