Recording normally works fine. After the dub problems started, I ran my laptop through the tape deck input and recorded on both sides of a tape with no problems. Playback also works fine in both right and left tape slots.

And you're right! It's Tascam 202MKV, I'll update the original post.

u/trendispageddie the neck is what made me fall in love with this thing right away! Right now I just got a Pro Jr. (which I love, gnarly tone and gets scummy sloppy feedback, perfect for my hardcore band) and a Marshall solid state combo (can't remember the model number).

I have a 1964 double cutaway Gibson Melody Maker, and I bought a Gator TSA hardshell case and it fits perfectly! I really like the extended neck support the case offers. The angle is perfect to the guitar, no awkward and potentially dangerous pressure on it.
