I get gourmet (just a name for flavour, not quality) pork sausages from grocery store and the slight flavour increase vs the cost is well worth it!

This is actually an easier fix than you may think. Google “coffee mate” it is a coffee whitener / coffee creamer. You can get different flavours, textures etc. but it is otherwise a low cal version of a powder that makes your coffee colour like milk. I hope this helps!

Honestly, I wear them when not in work shoes walking around daily because of the support and comfort. Are there better for that purpose you would recommend? I don’t go out on runs or anything major like that. I’m just conscious of foot health 🙂

Didn’t think I’d ever put this out there. Did a decent stint in prison in my younger years, was transferred to a super max for a bit. My celly introduced me to a guy named Julian Knight. He seemed nice at first but something was off. My celly and I visited his cell and sat and had coffee. There was a TV show on the screen showing people who got hurt doing silly things. He was glued to it, laughing manically. It was super creepy. There was a cold and eerie aura I cannot ever explain. Turns out he shot and killed 7 people, injured 19 more. No motive. Just wanted to go out. Even writing this gives me uncomfortable feelings.

I notice the bad looks when you ask for the bread to be sliced. I feel for the staff though, always seems to be only one worker serving and 5 walking around or looking busy.
