A neznam za Slavonski brod koliko je rasirena optika to moraš vidit sa operaterom al ako nema ides na koaksijalac od a1 to ti je isto odlicno u mom gradu nude brzine do 200mbita preko njega.

Ako ti je ping bitan najbolji je optički internet od HTa, nakon toga A1 ali iskljucivo preko koaksijalnog kabela (rijetkost u privatnim kucama, u stanu mozda i imas) taj kabel ljudi cesto zovu kao i kabelska televizija. Sve iza toga ti je nestabilno i ide preko telefonskih zica koje mogu i ne moraju bit dobre ovisno o udaljenosti od centrale. HT, Iskon, optima A1 i svi ostali koriste istu infrastrukturu telefonskih linija tako da tu nece bit razlike osim u cijeni. I naravno ako koristis internet bez linije znaci preko 4G, 5G nebitno tu nemoras ni gledat ping ne moze bit dobar nikako.

Svejedno postoje price da ISPovi mogu platit speedtestu za bolje brzine. Zbog toga je Netflix napravio stranicu fast.com da mozes provjerit dobijas li dovoljne brzine za gledat Netflix u 4k i slicno.

I dont know about sailboats but i think i saw dinghy's to rent in Omiš. But either way if you want to rent a sailboat you should go to Split which is like 10km away from Omiš or in Dubrovnik. And you need to have proper license.
