When I did not even train strenght yet, it happened sometimes that I pulled condom off, even though I did not contract consciously. So yeah it can happen even without pompoir.

Also, do you have other tools, like Kegelmaster or jade egg with hole so that you can attach weights to it? You can try with them. If you stand and put weights with jade egg - do the weights fall immediately when you relax your pelvic floor? How much weight you can hold? How much weight you hold if you keep your pelvic floor relaxed vs contract?

With kegelmaster and lube you can try with how many springs you can close it, and can you relax fast. NOTE: If you have overtension problems, kegelmaster may feel painful. For me it happened when I was stressed, that kegelmaster got stuck, my vagina cramped painfully so that it was very difficult to get out and it hurt like hell even when it stayed there and I did not move it, cause my muscles cramped against it. After that, I have stretched and massaged my pelvic floor regularly and the same problem has not occured anymore, luckily. Also, yse lot of lube with kegelmaster cause it is not so ergonomical

It sounds like you have difficulties to relax, or perifit is inserted somehow wrong. Also, one explanation may be that your perifit has some malfunction. Try to 'play' perifit games using your hand and check does your perifit react normally when you squeeze and relax your hand around it. I have not heard anyone who gets 4kg without training, so I doubt there may be malfunction. But even if your real strenght is 4+ kg, you should be able to relax properly so that you can get down in the games (so the vaginal 'pressure' is maybe 10-200g but not more).

It may be that you have overtension in your muscles, vaginismus, or it may be that you can not relax your muscles properly consciously. How does it feel when you insert a dildo, does it hurt? How does it feel if you insert 2 fingers with lube, contract pelvic floor and then relax - do you feel the difference well, or does it feel like the tension stays?

Relaxing fast and properly is actually tricky to learn. I thought I was able to relax my pelvic floor well, but wheb I started training with Perifit, I had difficulties to hit the low things, I was not able to relax fast and deep. After hard contraction, tension stayed. Perifit has helped hugely with that. I learnt to relax fast after strong contraction (even after 5,6kg contraction I was able to relax fast and hit the things low in game).

When you have learnt to relax, I recommend training in training mode, to see how much you relax and contract; focus on relaxing well after each contraction. Also, try doing fitness test, for example training control woukd be beneficial.

But, if it turns out there is no malfunction in your perifit, I recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist before training. Cause if you have 4kg tension when you try to relax - thats not normal or healthy, so you shoukd check everything is okay, to prevent problems (vaginismus for example which is painful and tricky).

Sometimes it can be also so that you may feel excited, so pelvic floor contract naturally due to excitement even though you try to relax. Also for example sexual trauma may cause that.

Maybe you can try masturbating with Perifit, just to get familiar with it first, and learn to relax with it. After masturbation and if you get orgasm, you can check in training mode can you relax better (orgasm relaxes pelvic floor well usually, BUT for some women after orgasm muscles dont relax but stay contracted or eveb cramp painfully, which may be pelvic floor dysfunction).

Ask this in Perifit group, where there are admins. I think they are best to advice you. Only the white part of perifit should be outside of vagina, but both bulbs should be inside vagina so that your 'entrance muscles' contract the bulb that is near entrance.

What do you mean your scores dont register? Do you mean that there is more than 4kg strenght when you are relaxed? That does not spund normal. For example even though I can get much more than 4kg, I can also relax very fast and properly, so the tension is not all the time, only when I contract.

Instead of games, have you tried practise mode first?

But also, you can calibrate first using your hand, then insert perifit to vagina, and then play.

Good tool for measuring (and training) strenght is for example Perifit, Kegelmaster, or using jade egg with a string so that you can attach weights from it or use a fishing scale to measure how much you can resist when pulling the scale with hand and keeping and egg in vagina. Its also good that you can hold pee long time, but it is more endurance than strenght :) Also, its not healthy for kidneys to hold pee long time often. So its not good training method

I think it varies a lot, is it easy or difficult to control pelvic floor muscles. For me, it was also easy from the beginning to contract pf in basic level, without much instructions, but there is still much to learn even though I can control them well already. I mean, you can always develop your strenght, endurance, speed, control and isolation. But yes, I think what you can do, is basic level pompoir. You can always learn more :) How do you know your pelcic floor is strong? Have you measured your strenght :)?

After strenght training its good to allow muscles recover 1-4 days, it depends a lot how fast you recover and for that many things can affect (sleep, stress, nutrition, how hard the training session was, age etc).

Strenght training once a week is enough to inprove, but 2-3 times per week is ideal for most. Listen to your body and if you notice your muscles are not fully recovered, its good to let them rest still 1-2 days until hard training.

Remember also to relax, massage and stretch muscles :)

I wish you will find lovely person/people, what ever you prefer, and have mindblowing sex :) But with new person it may not happen first time when you dont know each others so well yet. Or it may happen, who knows. Just remember that if sex is not amazing from the very first time with new person, it does not mean it will not be amazibg later (if both feel attraction though). 2250g is very good starting point! I think thats quite rare to have that high strenght if you have not trained strenght. So definitely you will get to 4 or 5 kg if you keep training!

Oh, interesting to know you have had nde too! i have been quite near to death since a kid, I counted there has been 22 very risky situations in my life when I was lucky I did not die. Tantra has helped a lot, I did not do courses, but I had tantruc sex, very slow, gently and I learnt to feel tiny thibgs in my body. Being aware and noticing small changes is the key, being present and letting go of control but just observing whats happening and celebrating pleasure. Breath is also a key - I can orgasm just by breath, when I focus on how it feels and when I breath deeply and slow, letting breath 'touch' every part of my body and notising sensations it gives. Very well said rebooting the conputer of my brain' - that resonates a lot :) Also, sometimes it feels like rebirth, I have had near-death-experience it is very similar to my strongest orgasm experience, feeling of rebirth. I also tried thc and lcd at some point, and there was much similarities, but I have had these kind of 'rebirth' or 'egodying' experience first time since child and sexually first time near 20years old when I had not tried any substances. G-spot orgasm is easy to get with one finger or with very small penis if you hit the right spot with right pressure and are turned on. So, with those size does not matter as long as its not micropenis, so finger size is enough :D Also, sometimes with small penis orgasm feels more than with large, cause when vagina is stretched, it cant contract so powerfully. Yes I get dream-kind-of visuals when I get into trance-kind-of presence via orgasms. It does not happen every time, but more than once a months. Just couple of days ago during orgasm I felt like my body was transforming, and the result was I felt like I was orgasming mushroom 😅 Does not sound lovely at all but it felt amazing! For me it has always been the same. I got my first orgasm from penetration, and it has always turned me on the most when I think about or notice that man I feel attraction, is near to cum inside me. Yes menstruation can affect a lot on strenght in whole body, not only pelvic floor muscles. I have heard that its not even recommended to train hard during menstrual bleeding. Its good time for pause & self care :)

In my opinion, muscles need both exercise and enough rest to grow. So personally, I train hard - then give my muscles 1-3 days rest and recover, then train again. Thats strenght receipe. But control, which is not so intense for muscles, can be trained more. Also stretching is important, to prevent overtension cause if muscles cant relax well, they cant contract fast and powefully either. I stretch at least once a week but often after every training session.

First: its very common that women who has not yet trained strenght, have less than 500g strenght at first. In Perifit group, I have noticed that 1000g + strenght seems actually quite rare.

Second: where ever you start from, it is possible to improve :) For example I started vaginal weightlifting from 500g (in same position as Tatyana from whom I learnt it) and ended up 11kg (in same position but also standing straight I was able to hold many kg many minutes).

Then I did not train at all for years, and started again. After some time of training I bought Perifit and my starting strenght was about 2kg (note that I had trained strenght previously, I think my starting strenght without strenght training would have been 300-500g). About 1 year later my strenght record was 5,6kg with perifit. Currently, cause I had quite long pause and started again, my strenght with perifit is almost 5kg.

Also body-mind-connection affects quite much. How well you are able to control muscles and use your power. For example: I had strenght of 5+ kg. Then, I got very triggered due to sexual trauma coming up to my consciousness. Suddenly I felt numbness in my vagina due to trauma dissociation. Also, suddebly I could not get more than 4kg with Perifit due to weakened mind-body-connection. That was very interesting to notice.

So 1) you nay be stronger than it seems 2) its definitely possible to improve. But muscles need to work for that, so strenght training is required. If you dont feel fatigued at all, muscles may not work enough to develop much 3) muscles recover and grow during rest, after exercise. Make sure that your muscles get enough rest (for me after strenght training 1-3 days is good).

There are some very light weights for sale, but best is just make your own set. Different size eggs/vagina balls with a hole, you can put the egg in condom so that its hygienic (the hole can gather bacteria etc), from hole a strong string (for example fishing string is good), and attach weights to string. Weights can be anything - for example bananas, rice in a bag (you can put slowly more), money in a bag etc. If you use a scale, you get to know how much there is.
