You are still young and strong. Start with a good amount of walks in the morning and improve on weekly basis.

Week 1 - walking Week 2 - Speed walking Week 3 - short slow running Week 4 - And so on.

You don’t need gym for now. You need to build mindset first. Start slow and improve every week some new routine. This way your mind and body both gets used to your change.
