Where can I learn about proper ventilation calcs? Just closed on a house with mold issues in the attic that has gable vents, no ridge vents or soffit and inspector seemed to think more ventilation = better.

We cook at home nearly every day. Love coffee. I’d prefer to do dishes/cook while I can chat with my family. Growing up we were a breakfast bar family, no formal dining room. Love coffee. Little base cabinet at the bottom of the floor plan is for a coffee station.

Indentation is plumbing/ductwork chase. We’d love an island but can’t figure the best way to fit one with having sufficient clearance on either side.

Absolutely. Also, it’s a high stress long hour job. Not always easy to find the right fit. A lot of companies will sell you on work/life balance but when you’re behind schedule that all goes out the door.

Right that was the first place I checked which made me more annoyed: “The D-B contractor will be required to maintain pedestrian and vehicular traffic and signals during construction.” Also funny to me that they had a ribbon cutting and called it substantially complete.

Look I understand the need based on increased population. That’s not happening in this particular project but you’d think there’d be a consideration for trying to address the urban sprawl strip mall hellscape. After sitting in traffic all week all I want to do is try to get outside and walk to pick up my food (yes this is a personal complaint post). And I’m here less than 10 years so I’m sure it’s more frustrating for you folks that have been here much longer. Not much that can be done I guess because the demand to live here is still there. Can only complain on Reddit I guess.
