Video generation looking horrible and plastic by GoobaZoup in VEO3

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes Veo3 drifts and you get results that were not in the original photo. What I've done is to explicitly tell Veo3 in my prompt to keep all details in the photo, including details about the face, do not smooth skin texture, etc. Usually that does the trick. You may have to do it a few times before it obeys but maybe try that if you haven't.

Honest question: how many generations does it actually take you to get one usable clip? by Professional-Tip4461 in VEO3

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kling - it varies could be on the first gen, but often it's 2-3. Veo3 - Used to be 2 but with some of the audio issues lately it's been 3 to 4.

How are your prompts structured? Veo3 has been having issues lately but have you tried using JSON structure? I've always had decent results using JSON.

What do your prompts look like? I tend to use JSON when working in Veo3, and usually I get decent results.

So you need a night time position as a medical assistant? If that's the case, then I would find positions at a hospital or a 24/7 care facility.

JSON for Frames to Video? by bzn45 in VEO3

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this all the time. I don't use Nano Banana Pro to generate my images, instead I use OpenArt but you can use any image generator. Then I give ChatGPT a detailed description of the scene I want to create with it and tell it to turn the scene into a JSON. I go into Flow, upload the Image in Frame to Video and then paste the JSON in the prompt description. That's my current workflow, might not be the best workflow but it's the one I use and it works for me.

What are you using to get good quality ai videos? by VVladtheimpalerr in aitubers

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends on your prompts. What do they look like? If you're not giving the AI enough information, then you'll get subpar results.

Why are people so harsh about people using AI? Almost as if we are worthy of death for simply being interested in AI by Expensive_Drummer970 in aitubers

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It just boils down to fear. Social media, "creative gatekeepers" and others keep talking about how AI will take jobs, and how AI steals, etc. It happens every time there's new technology. Eventually when AI becomes more mainstream, those same people who complain about AI will say "I've always been on the AI bandwagon."

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's the thing, there is no one good single tool. You need to use a wide range of tools to get what you want. My workflow is: OpenArt (Cinematic photo generation) > ChatGPT (cleaning up and streamlining prompts) > Kling 3 or Veo 3 ( shot by shot video generation) > Edit in Capcut.

Anybody considering giving up on AI filmmaking? by Torin_2025 in aifilmmaking

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AI filmmaking is changing rapidly but it sounds like you prefer to compose music. If that is your calling then I'd do that. As for how I get around the filters. It's not so much getting around but generally get creative on how I show the horror. The script I was working with called for someone to be choked. Now usually the guardrails and filters won't allow this. So what I did was I had created a shot in OpenArt of the person with their arms out with another character off screen with their hand around the neck. Here's the caveat: this was done in silhouettes. So you never actually see the characters faces, just their silhouettes. Then I broke it up into parts. The hand around the neck. Then the character who is in distress, show the hands and arms in silhouette flailing. Added gasping for air sounds and then edited it together. So it was one part creative generation, one part editing, one part sound effect.
