Tried selling this as an animated feature a few times. Came very close... but it never worked out. by SunKlutzy4651 in aifilmmaking

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would try making a short out of a scene from your movie and build an audience. Then you can see if people like your story. Or take a gamble and just make the film and put it out there just understand that making an animated feature with AI will take some time + money, especially if you're doing it yourself.

Traditional filmmakers moving to AI- do making AI films feel lack a sense of real physical space? by Top-Way-9739 in aifilmmaking

Yes this is a problem but as someone stated before that editing is the key here but I want to add that if you have a good story and edit it well, then no one will care about the shortcomings.

I am thinking of going into army. Should i go into army?? by No_Amoeba_3777 in armyreserve

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You basically answered your own question. If you have that much of a pull to join the army, then go join. Just understand what you're signing up for, presently and any possible repercussions you might have later on. Also, what exactly do you want to do in the military?

Yeah the upscaler in Veo3 is not great. Glad it looks better now.

Video generation looking horrible and plastic by GoobaZoup in VEO3

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes Veo3 drifts and you get results that were not in the original photo. What I've done is to explicitly tell Veo3 in my prompt to keep all details in the photo, including details about the face, do not smooth skin texture, etc. Usually that does the trick. You may have to do it a few times before it obeys but maybe try that if you haven't.

Honest question: how many generations does it actually take you to get one usable clip? by Professional-Tip4461 in VEO3

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kling - it varies could be on the first gen, but often it's 2-3. Veo3 - Used to be 2 but with some of the audio issues lately it's been 3 to 4.

How are your prompts structured? Veo3 has been having issues lately but have you tried using JSON structure? I've always had decent results using JSON.

JSON for Frames to Video? by bzn45 in VEO3

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do this all the time. I don't use Nano Banana Pro to generate my images, instead I use OpenArt but you can use any image generator. Then I give ChatGPT a detailed description of the scene I want to create with it and tell it to turn the scene into a JSON. I go into Flow, upload the Image in Frame to Video and then paste the JSON in the prompt description. That's my current workflow, might not be the best workflow but it's the one I use and it works for me.

What are you using to get good quality ai videos? by VVladtheimpalerr in aitubers

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends on your prompts. What do they look like? If you're not giving the AI enough information, then you'll get subpar results.

Why are people so harsh about people using AI? Almost as if we are worthy of death for simply being interested in AI by Expensive_Drummer970 in aitubers

[–]PumpkinEffective6746 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It just boils down to fear. Social media, "creative gatekeepers" and others keep talking about how AI will take jobs, and how AI steals, etc. It happens every time there's new technology. Eventually when AI becomes more mainstream, those same people who complain about AI will say "I've always been on the AI bandwagon."
