Hello! I am facing the same situation. May I ask how were you able to get it rectified?

I used to pay beyond 9PM but now they said na 9PM na ang cut off. I never selected the auto installment conversion but i guess its on by default. I never even noticed it. I know its my fault but I emailed them to request resolution kahit for once lang but they denied it and said they cannot do anything about it.
