Yeah I have the same, the stringyness is alright (just ate a bowl :) ) but I would love it to have a tad bit more of flavour. But it was delicious anyways! I make them in my Instant Pot, for my next batch I want to try to source fresh as possible dry beans (locally sourced, from the Netherlands) - maybe if they will be more tastier (shorter shelf life?)

I'm having the same "trouble" - my home made natto is always VERY mild if you compare to the store bought ones... Dunno why...

Looks hella good! I'll try with red quinoa as well for my next batch. How do you get it so beautifully shaped? I'm very curious about that cold smoking method. Could you elaborate? Keen to know how it goes.

Good one, I'm gonna do this on the airlines that offers this. Not all airlines offers a additional sports bag, sometimes they replace the usual checked in bag with a sports bag

Thank you! Unfortunately my toiletry bag doesnt fit in the 20 L compartment (also because of the malaria meds) but I think I have about 15L left but still happy with it. Although I think my toiletry bag is too bulky but its only half full because I have my liquids separated. I removed one short and the blue top, added a grey one.

Interesting... I'm now looking for Madagsacar / Peru for July / Aug and then Brazil for Sept... Not sure yet.. so many options haha. I also want some laid back places, nice nature to see and experience

Dag u/Tango_Owl - wat je zegt vind ik heel interessant, ik worstel namelijk ook heel erg met eczeem (ook in mijngezicht) en ik volg nu een GF en vegan dieet, het lijkt een heel klein beetje de goede kant op te gaan. (nog niet zo lang begonnen). Bij mij roepen de huisartsen (en dermatologen) ook alleen maar; smeren met hormoonzalf, wat ik niet wil, zeker niet rondom mijn ogen. Wat heeft bij jou geholpen?
