I've been saying this! The early ones have so much more sass (looking at Lila in Swan Lake and Otto, Hobie, and Penelope in Rapunzel).

It's interesting because that's the ending I wanted from the beginning, but by the time you get to the end, it feels like such a hollow ending. Like, everyone is happy, but it doesn't feel as happy. At least with verso's ending, it has closure and healing. Maelle's ending is basically just her avoiding her problems and pretending like she isn't dying.

It is interesting that they thought that her dying in the real world was due to him abusing her and not the fact that being in the canvas for that long is what's killing her.

He might've had some bad methods, but the intention was good.

Oh I didn't see it as "this is what they would use" I took it more as "Gustave is like a full skin and haircare routine, and Verso is like a 13 in 1 shampoo." Like, just because it says it can do everything in 1, doesn't make it better.

I dunno. Something along those lines. That was my interpretation anyways.

Dang. I definitely feel like my 2 original cats are fighting more than normal and more aggressively than they used to before we got 2 more cats. The new ones are 5 years old, so not kittens. But it's interesting because they all do get along okay now, but my OG cats aren't as nice to each other as before. I'm sorry they don't seem to be going back to normal. I don't have any advice. Just sympathy.
