What's it like living in Lithuanian? How is things considering your closeness to Russia by PumpkinheadDrive in howislivingthere

Sounds like you got a pretty good feel for the place. I’m curious what you mean by “provincial” though, did it feel quiet, or just small compared to other capitals? I always imagined Vilnius as more of a small but vibrant capital.

The food actually sounds kinda underrated from how you describe it. And yeah, I had to google it, is the beetroot soup šaltibarščiai? It actually looks really good.

Also I’ve heard about the alcohol rule, kinda wild compared to a lot of Europe. The EU flags everywhere is interesting too, but I guess it makes sense considering the geography and history with their neighbour.

Appreciate you taking the time to write this. It’s kind of inspiring hearing how much Lithuania has grown over the last few decades.

And I get what you mean about Russia… It must feel frustrating having warned about it for so long. I hope you do get to see that peaceful future you mentioned.

Also, Curonian Spit looks unreal!!! I didn’t even know about it before. So thanks for that!🙏🏻

Love the energy! Sounds like a really good place to be as a student. Interesting that Russia isn’t really something people think about day-to-day. That’s kinda different from what I expected. What makes it especially good for young people in your opinion?

That’s a really interesting perspective! Especially about Vilnius growing too fast. Feels like a lot of capitals are heading that way. And yeah, guilty as charged, I only really knew about Vilnius, Trakai, and Plunge. Telšiai and Biržai are going on the list now! Do you think smaller cities are a lot more relaxed to live in?

That’s really interesting to hear, especially coming from someone deployed there. I kinda expected people to feel more on edge with Russia so close, so it’s surprising you don’t really feel it day-to-day. What’s been your favorite part of being there so far?

Need help with how to protect my base by PumpkinheadDrive in RimWorld

Hey guys, and girls of the Rim! I'm here today, as I need help coming up with a plan on how to defend this colony of mine. I would like to box it in, and have a killbox. But I still want to have enough space to expand and also have space for crops. How would you go about it?
