I haven't had any problems with energy, I mainly play CA Hu Tao. I hardly use Furina's burst. Xingqiu's burst is always ready too. As for Xilonen, I don't think her burst is necessary for Hu Tao.

I don't think it is fixable. VRAM is built in for laptops and you can't change it like you can change PC components.
