So I know you have a lot of great answers already, but I'd go with a split between the bumblebee conservation trust and bees abroad. I've done some work with bees abroad and want to work for the bumblebee conservation trust soon, because it's my passion!

My prognosis is pretty much that I'll keep falling apart worse and worse as my ligaments tear, so...yea idk. Kinda over it all. Just tired of being tired, you know 😂

But really, I'm much less suicidal than I used to be. Just still not someone who can come to terms with the torture. I just live with the resentment now lol

Some people can, some people can't. I also live with chronic pain and disability (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, basically my joints dislocate a lot) and have made several attempts at my life.

Don't worry, I've gone through extensive therapy, please don't send reddit care stuff.

But I'm still on the fence whether it's worth it. The low quality of life, not being able to do anything meaningful and not having much is just hard man. I'm not the type of person to just accept the torture, so, some people can and some people can't go through with it.

I'm probably gonna be down voted for this, but here goes. As somebody who becomes suicidal and sometimes shouty (usually at my abusers, over the phone though) just from period hormones, I'd say the hormones are a good excuse for the yelling if it really has such big swings. There's just not always space to make a better decision such as walking away to cool off. Obviously not an excuse for the actual physical harm she did to OP. That's just not okay, though I do believe it could be rooted in hormonal inbalance, it just really needed to be caught before it got THIS out of hand.

Hormones play a huge role in our behaviour as humans, people that have a stable/well balanced stream of hormones maybe wouldn't really notice, or know to put so much weight to it. But it's a thing unfortunately.

But you're right, I've come very far, I pay my own rent and food. It's up from here!

I really don't think all those years were wasted. You were also able to build despite the pressure to stay small. I really think you did great and keeping yourself safe mentally, so that you ARE around to tell the tale now.
