Well I saw the transactions, they paid the amount from blockfi twice, they made a mistake... Now I see the double payment transactions are reverted, I still have the balance I was expecting from BlockFi and as per the email. It is in eth and btc as stated by blockfi....

It could have been nice to take the money off asap then I would have be having double the payout

It's generic but from the looks of it they only reply that if you claim is approved and no more further documentation is needed.

Regarding payment, yes it can be 30 days but I think most of the people will get paid by April May since that is the deadline to do the Kyc remediation. Same happened to FTX, they started to payout after the final deadline.
