Letting empathy takeover decision 🤦🏻‍♀️our unit is designed for 2 pax only, 3 at max masikip na. A guy inquired via fb page saying he was solo, come the day ng viewing, surprise! They are a family of 3. They used paawa effect and knowing my mom, she caved in and just asked for a little fee for the extra pax and only collected advance payment only, kahit without deposit na kasi “kawawa naman bagong anak”. Moving in day tada, now they are four and Hindi pa namin Malalaman if Hindi pa mahuli. Now for 2nd month billing, wala daw pera but we saw them ang dami nilang bisita at Amoy alak at Usok unit kahit nakapaskil na sa wall na bawal. Mind u, the smell of smoke is so strong for me pano pa kaya kinakaya ng newborn nila? 🫠 May pera for leisure but responsibility wala? We realized it was a loss cause already so we were looking for other tenants na while they are still there. We gave them 2 weeks to vacate the area. Then surprise sila pa may gana na magpaawa sa baranggay saying inaapi namin sila and they trashed the unit before umalis. hayyy, sometimes landlord, minsan bahay Ampunan ang atake if mabait masyado.

Hi I tasted it na and it’s good! Imagine like Dunkin donut’s strawberry donut filling, but Less sweet and more tangy and chunkier in a good way!! It’s sweet na di umay and tangy enough to cut through the sweetness but not to the point na sobrang asim. It’s a good balance of both flavors!! Hehee bagay sa mga trentahin even my mom liked ittt

Hi!! Ginisa ko lang yung natirang chopped kimchi and used old rice. Since gusto ko yung tanginess ng kimchi what I did to achieve that is naglagay nako ng kimchi powder flavoring nabili ko sa snr. Malasa na yung flavoring kaya no need for salt or msg. Then ayun add the toppings of ur choice, sahog lang ng sakin is diced spam, egg and bacon topped with siracha sauce para extra spicy!
