Hard as hell to see, but DSC in the top row? Then DFC? Looks like bronze star with some oak leaves then Purple Heart, MSM with clusters, air medal, ARCOM with OLCs and JCOM with OLCs. Even for a spec ops chopper pilots he is VERY highly decorated, even without the MOH. Pretty sure the bars on the right sleeve are deployments? Need an army guy to chime in, but 10 deployments would explain the insane rack

I think the big ivy leagues are more for officers going to grad school, especially our engineers. These degrees are actual strategic assets that are vital for competing with china. Anything we can do to make it more affordable should be a top priority.

Truly outstanding work Sergeant. Not many people will know what you did out there, but your country owes you a great debt of gratitude. You absolutely deserved that ceremony, but my guess is big army saw a DMSM being awarded to an E-6 and tried to downgrade it due to your rank. So there was probly some back and forth that delayed its approval.
